2027 QuiltCon Community Outreach Challenge

Join us in creating our chapter’s quilt for the 2027 QuiltCon Community Outreach Challenge! This year’s Community Outreach Challenge focuses on creating quilts using half-square triangles. Members are invited to pick up a kit, make blocks, and participate in our collaborative sew day.

How to Participate

1. July 8: Pick up a kit at the July monthly meeting.
2. Follow the HST instructions to complete your blocks.
3. August 12: Block return deadline for early submissions and additional kit distribution.
4. Join us for the Community Outreach Sew Day on August 22 to help piece/chop/piece.
5. Final deadline: Return your finished blocks by August 22.
