We often think of creativity as a special talent that only some people have—but that isn’t true. Creativity is a muscle that can be strengthened and developed with practice.
This year, our Adventures in Quilting Challenge focuses on a simple creative principle: constraints spark creativity. When we work within a set of limitations, our ideas often become more inventive.
Each participant received an envelope containing one of twelve unique challenges. Between now and the September meeting, create a project of your choice that fulfills the requirement of your challenge.
The September 9th guild meeting will feature a special program showcasing all of the projects created for the challenge. We can’t wait to see what everyone makes!
