Joining the Denver Metro Modern Quilt Guild means becoming part of a vibrant, creative community—and gaining full membership in the Modern Quilt Guild (MQG) as well. Your DMMQG membership includes access to all MQG resources plus our local benefits and activities.

DMMQG Member Activities
Members are welcome to participate in everything our guild offers, including:
- Monthly Meetings – We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
- Quarterly Sew Days – Come sew, socialize, and get inspired by fellow modern quilters.
- Workshops & Lectures – Learn from both local and nationally recognized modern quilters.
- Challenges & Swaps – Try new skills, trade handmade items or fabrics, and have fun experimenting.
- Guild Quilts – Collaborate on group quilts like our MQG Community Outreach Quilts for QuiltCon.
- Charity Projects – Help create quilts for local nonprofits and community organizations.
- Outreach – Support sewing education and community-based creative work across the Denver metro area.
Visiting the Guild
Guests are always welcome at our business meetings and sew days. If you attend more than two times (any combination of meetings and sew days), we ask that you join as a member.
How to Join
- Complete the Membership Form
- New Members: Once we receive your form response we will send you a PayPal invoice for the membership dues. If you haven’t received MQG access instructions within one week, please reach out to treasurer@DenverMetroMQG.org.
Key Membership Details
- Annual dues: $75
- New members joining after June: half-price dues
- Membership term: January 1 – December 31
- Membership becomes delinquent if not paid by February 1
